This policy describes information processed by DotFootwear's eBay connection service. For questions or privacy requests, contact info@dotfootwear.com.

Information we process

• Authorized eBay seller account identifiers and authorization credentials.
• Listing, product, SKU, inventory, price and auction-status information needed for seller tools.
• Account-deletion notifications and routine technical information, such as request times, IP addresses and errors, processed by our hosting providers.
• Information you provide when contacting us.

This service does not receive your eBay password or intentionally retain buyer contact details or payment-card information.

How we use information

We use information to establish the authorized connection, manage approved listing and inventory operations, check listing conflicts, troubleshoot problems and respond to privacy requests. Connecting an account does not itself submit a listing.

Sharing and service providers

Information is exchanged with eBay and providers needed to host and operate this service. We do not sell or rent personal information or use advertising trackers on these connection pages.

Storage and protection

We use HTTPS and access controls to protect the connection. Authorization credentials are kept in restricted application settings. Information is retained while needed to operate the authorized service, resolve issues or satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can revoke the application's access through your eBay account and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with this connection. We remove information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements. Marketplace deletion notifications are acknowledged without retaining their notification payloads or buyer identifiers.

Cookies

The sign-in flow uses a temporary security cookie to verify that the authorization response belongs to the browser that started it. This cookie expires after ten minutes and is cleared after successful authorization.
